Had a lovely dining experience with some decent hot breakfast options. The bar area had a nice vibe too, perfect for a chill evening with a pint. Plus, the staff were generally friendly, making it a pleasant stop for a night.
But let’s be honest, the bedroom decor was as plain as a rainy day, and the view was less than inspiring, surrounded by car dealerships. We also had a bit of a hiccup with the room not being ready on time.

Clean room, friendly staff, appreciated that I could watch Netflix on the flat-screen TV while enjoying a welcome drink from the bar lounge area during my stay.

central spot for exploring parks and historical sites
The hotel is perfect for strolls to nearby parks, like the scenic Woodstown beach, and I loved how close it was to the stunning Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity which offered a vibrant view of the city as I walked by, making each day exciting and full of discovery. single travelers will appreciate the pleasant staff and the good variety of meals available in the restaurant.

Cut to the chase, here’s my take
The location strikes a fine balance for outdoor fun and city access without breaking the bank. Room comfort is decent, and the fantastic breakfast buffet offers a great selection. Yet, the restaurant service leaves much to be desired with slow attention and inconsistently prepared meals. Worth considering for a short stay.

Just a reliable pick for a quick break in Waterford with a good price-value balance. The place was clean and tidy, which was a plus. Maybe choose a different room if you're looking for something special.

We had a cozy double room with a comfy, clean bed and a hairdryer, which made our stay relaxing. The pool area was super inviting and the terrace provided a nice spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, there wasn’t an iron in the room, but it didn’t put a damper on our visit! 😊

I checked into a Classic King Room and found it comfortable, though it needed a bit more decor. The bathroom had good amenities, but the shower setup brought a bit of hassle. I enjoyed the hot breakfast with a variety of options, but the pastries were inconsistent each morning. Food in the bar area was decent, but the restaurant had a foul smell upon arrival, which wasn't very welcoming. Service was friendly, though there was a noticeable delay at times. Parking was convenient and free, a definite plus. I had trouble with the heating initially, and my room felt like an oven at times due to the radiator. this really needed some attention. I'd suggest checking the heating controls before guests arrive. Overall, a mixed experience, but with friendly staff and decent dining options. It’s a comfortable place to stay if you don’t mind a few quirks.

Comfortable social spaces, Recently renovated areas, Well-maintained outdoor facilities
The hotel really needs to address the unpleasant odor in the lobby areas!!! Additionally, the inconsistent temperature control in rooms is quite bothersome and certainly detracts from the overall experience!!!
